I am forever Team Chartreuse, and when I stumbled upon this vintage Bill Blass dress with silk chartreuse taffeta tartan (!!!), I jumped. The tags were still on! It has the sweetest built-in petticoat and beaded straps. It wasn’t anywhere near Christmas when I found it, and it felt like a frivolous purchase, but I bided my time and waited for the perfect Christmas moment.
